Job Role:
- Email coordination with the customers
- Reply back to customer's email within 4 hours

-Take calls and assist customers accordingly

-Reply back to Facebook Massages  

-Cross selling techniques

Who we are looking for?
- Experience of Email support in a call center.
- Ability to communicate in all media to all levels of the business
- Strong English communication skills, verbal and written.

- Salary: market competitive
- Working time: 9:00a.m-6:00p.m (Monday – Saturday)
- Location: Khurianwala, Faisalabad
