Customer Support Representative.

Job Role:

  • Email coordination with the customers
  • Reply back to customer's email within 2 hours
  • Attending Customer Calls
  • coordination with customers on all social media
  • maintaining customer complain forms
  • resolving customer issues

Who we are looking for?​

  • Experience of Email support in a call center.
  • Ability to communicate in all media to all levels of the business
  • Strong English communication skills, verbal and written.
  • Can use instagram, twitter, pintrest and other social media.

Other Details:

  • Salary: 25k - 30k 
  • Working time: 08:30:00a.m-05:30p.m (Monday – Saturday)
  • Location: Khurianwala, Faisalabad
