Job Role:
- Email coordination with the customers
- Reply back to customer's email within 2 hours
- Attending Customer Calls
- coordination with customers on all social media
- maintaining customer complain forms
- resolving customer issues
Who we are looking for?
- Experience of Email support in a call center.
- Ability to communicate in all media to all levels of the business
- Strong English communication skills, verbal and written.
- Can use instagram, twitter, pintrest and other social media.
Other Details:
- Salary: 25k - 30k
- Working time: 08:30:00a.m-05:30p.m (Monday – Saturday)
- Location: Khurianwala, Faisalabad
