RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY (INTERNATIONAL)
- Free returns are available worldwide for all full price items within 15 days of shipping, provided the return conditions specified below are met.
- Refund/Return accepted only against damage products. In Case of Returns, Customer will pay his shipping cost.
- Purchases must be returned from the original shipping location with the original Returns Form.
- Delivery Charges will not be reimbursed.
- Items returned must be in their unused original condition with all item tags attached.
- Only regular priced items may be exchanged, unfortunately sale items cannot be exchanged.
- Incomplete, damaged, worn, soiled or altered returns, or anything KHAS reasonably believes has been used, will not be accepted and therefore sent back to the customer.
- All returns should be sent to Khas Stores, 3KM Sahianwala Rd, Khurrianwala, Faisalabad, Pakistan.
